Our builder's program will save you valuable time and energy. We have already done most of the preliminary footwork and research for building and are happy to arrange interviews with each builder for you.

We will also help you coordinate meetings with architects, engineers, interior designers, and landscapers. All meetings can be held in our Sales Office conference room for your comfort and convenience.

Once you have selected one of our builders, you will have the security of knowing that we will be here throughout your construction process. We feel confident that our builders will provide a great product for you.

Once you've chosen the perfect piece of land at the Gallatin River Ranch, our Premier Builder's Program is designed to help you build just the right home to match your dreams! Bring us your custom designed plans or choose from a large array of floor plans offering a diversified price range, size and style. Our builders have designed homes with discriminating taste that fit our covenants and convey the best of Montana lifestyles! When you've selected your home, we will provide you with our "Reference Manual", which is a complete list of the more reputable vendors in the area that sometimes offer incentives to Gallatin River Ranch Homeowners. We are glad we can pass this necessary information on to you.

We understand many of our new homeowners at the Ranch will be moving from other parts of the country and are not familiar with the community. With our continued monitoring of your project throughout construction, utilization of our reference manual, our working relationship with our contractors, and our contacts in the Valley, we believe can help you get more for your "construction dollar."
